things have improved at work. im starting to get the hang of this job and am not really struggling anymore. it's been interesting also. what's weird is that ive been taking a lot of calls for hooters and adult entertainers. today i have one caller looking for a strip joint. okay... have to keep objective. but then again there's still others who think we are omni-present beings. i received a call from this lady asking to be connected to a certain "bermuda." i asked in what state then she replied, "i'm not really sure but i think its somewhere, uhm... i dont know, carribean?" haaayyy...
