been missing in action. blame it on the work were swamped with lately. training for uk market have started and my brain is THIS close to exploding. i know the system, the program, the key-wording and all that crap but the accent is beyond me. central london is ok. cardiff , wales is alright. but scotland? bloody hell! make that bloody ears. no matter how hard i try to concentrate and really listen to what theyre saying, i cant understand them. i guess its all a matter of getting used to. its fun though, listening to csrs on the floor in their make-shift british accent. i wonder how i sound. hmm...


its bad enough that we have to master a new market in three days but to be asked to take uk and us calls in the same shift is a sore. those leads on the floor, well they know that our team have trained for uk so everytime it queuing theyll ask us to log in UK. its queuing US, log in US. two words: split personality. its a requirement.


yesterday was fun : ) this time the team went to grilla near rockwell for the team building. the best part was the booze. mule, vodka cruiser, strong ice... yum. what perfect way to end the night but with a shot of tequila. sarap :) i wonder where's the party going to be next month... i hope its sanmig. i miss their gratinated mushroom...


in relation to all the drinking, im getting hooked on smoking again. yesterday a bought a pack of my own. this is not good. tsk, tsk.
